Established in 1993, SIP is a leading multi-disciplinary project management firm providing engineering and construction services to companies seeking to acquire, build, expand or refurbish facilities throughout China. Through our extensive project expertise and management experience across a broad range of disciplines, we remove the fear, uncertainty and doubt that companies face when developing a project in China for the first time.

The construction industry is one of the worlds oldest with over 5,000 years of history. Significant numbers of foreign companies have been doing business in China for over 20 years. However we rarely see new mistakes, just new people making old ones!

We follow international best practice for capital investments using a proven staged decision making and project development process as follows.

This process allows our Clients to substantially reduce risk and budget uncertainty before committing to large scale expenditure.

We are committed to providing each Client with an individual service that is highly valued for its commitment and quality of professional advice through each stage of the project. From development of the project budget (+-10%) through design management and value engineering, to construction supervision, final completion and statutory approval of the completed facility – we have a proven track record of delivering on or below budget and within the agreed programme duration.
